The properties are at the center of major downtown investment and activity, collectively representing a rare +8-acre opportunity to leverage up to $450 million dollars of recent and ongoing development.
The City is seeking qualified Development teams who have the financial capacity, development experience / expertise, and creative vision to realize redevelopment continue to improve the quality of life and vibrancy in downtown and achieve the site’s fullest economic, programmatic and community potential.
